For clients who love working out with other people for motivation, accountability, and a sense of community. Training accommodates 2-4 individuals per 1-hour training session. Focuses on:

Personal Training

A one-on-one approach to a client’s fitness goals based on a health & fitness assessment. Training is individualized in sessions ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour. Focuses on:

  • Increase overall health (weight management, blood pressure, cholesterol)
Sports Performance
  • Increase strength, power, and speed/agility

Post-Rehabilitation Training
  • Transitional training for patients who have been discharged from therapy, but are looking to continue physical progression.

Lower Extremity Injury Prevention/ Return to Sport Program

Designed to help athletes confidently and successfully return to sport by teaching proper jumping, landing, and lifting mechanics. Athletes work on increasing lower extremity and core strength, as well as enhancing change of direction/agility training. Training is scheduled in 1-hour sessions, 2 times per week for 8 weeks. Focuses on:

Post-Rehabilitation Training to Return to Sport

Transitional training for patients who have been cleared for sport/ physical activity after undergoing physical therapy treatment, but are looking to continue progression to return to sport. Suitable for athletes who require injury- and sport-specific training to get back to competing safely and efficiently.

Conditions suitable for this program include:

  • Meniscus tears
  • Patellofemoral pain
  • Patellar tendon issues
  • IT Band Syndrome
  • Ankle injuries

Great for athletes who are at a high risk of injury. Risk factors include:

Team Training

Private team training packages are available for all sports, ages, and skill levels. This team training program is tailored to meet the specific needs of athletes based on sport, age, skill level, and performance goals. Team training is a great way for athletes to get an edge up on the competition by increasing sport performance levels, decreasing risk for injury, and building team camaraderie. Focuses on:
